For fees associated with a long-term port access permit, the applicants who will be using the pass will be responsible for the fee. A change in fee amount will be notified separately in such cases. However, fees are waived for public institutions such as local maritime affairs or CIQs (Customs, inspection, and immigration offices) that require frequent visits and permanent passes to access the port for management and supervision purposes.

Profits from collecting fees associated with issuance of permits are verified by the appropriate department head and deposited on the same day. The issuance of permits will be documented and recorded.

Expired passes from previous years are destroyed after approval of the department head and with the appropriate documentation.
